CHANGING YOUR LENS: A Practical Guide to Supporting Parents of Children with Complex Medical Needs

Last modified by Hendrick Guerra on 2018/10/22 18:54

This guide was developed as a resource for individuals offering support to families of children with medical complexities.   It contains evidence based knowledge, promising practices and program development tools to address the social, emotional and economic impact on families. This resource is offered to you through the Navigator Program, a 5 year federally funded program intended to help address a critical gap in supports for parents of children with medical complexities. The program has been funded by the Government of Canada’s Social Development Partnership Program, and is offered in partnership with CHEO and Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre.
