This presentation will provide an overview of the PEI Meconium Study and progress to date. It will include a summary of the research objectives and methodology used, an overview of the process used to educate staff about the study, and a discussion of innovative strategies used to enhance and maintain buy-in from staff on the participating units. We will conclude with a progress report and a summary of lessons learned.
